is coming up in about 3 weeks. I think I'm going to spoil myself a little :-)
I'm thinking jewelries, something dainty from Cartier perhaps since I love my Ballon Bleu watch so much I probably should get something to complement it?
But I don't have any Cartier boutique nearby and it literally making me feel violent HAHA. I don't know what I'd do. I spoke to a lovely Cartier SAs from Dallas and Boca Raton, FL yesterday though and I'll see what I can get through them. For now I don't even know what I want. So many gorgeous pieces and I'm trying to get something before the price increase at end of March.
Suggestions?

Shopping Rambling
I need new ballet flats and new sandals. Oh how I want to spend a day going shopping uninterrupted. Those days are gone I suppose. Just when I was thinking about it, M my NM's SA txt me with the special event currently happening in NM. Asked me if I want to attend and she can add me to her RSVP list. Meh..as if I can go haha! They always have this on mid week after work. If they are doing it on the weekend I may get DH to watch the kids for few hours ;-)
Anyway, I had to email her few things that I want...I don't even know if they have it in Austin NM. Have you noticed how small our NM here??
So this Prada flat thong was on my list. I want it in every colors but I told her I will settle with the gold one.
And oh..I order a replacement for my SFAM bootcut jeans. My current one has finally died at 8 years old! Can you believe it. I love that jeans so much that I have to have the exact same one. Well...ok I cannot find the NY dark rinse anymore but I found the equivalent. I hope nothing change in terms of cut, comfort and the fit. I'm going to cry if it looks funny on me.
Umm..what else. I had my eyes on Burberry and Prada flats too, then dogeared zodiac necklaces then some Roberto Coin items. Once I sees them all, then I can decide which one to cull. It's amazing what one hour on internet can do to you. I'm sure it's worse if I'm at the store. For now I only can browse from home.
On Saturday I gathered all of the boys stuffs that they refused to touch anymore (bouncer, jumperoo, baby carriers..stuffs like that) and I started writing an ad so I can sell them. I despise clutters. If I see something that kinda sit in one space for a period of time (with the exception of stuffs that sit in my closet HAHA) I started to get paranoid about it and want that block of space back. I'm weird like that. By Sunday afternoon, I sold most of the stuffs I want to sell. It's really funny to see the boys just kinda stared at those items while being taken away by strangers. To be honest, I lost a lot of money this way. I always buy brand new but my boys don't always like what I bought. Or if they do, it took only few months before they get over it. That's when that thing will sit there and it annoys the hell out of me that I have to sell it. And you know what, I couldn't even recoup half of what I spent sometimes despite it looks like new. Babies/kids items just don't hold much values (like mommy's Chanel)..but hey it's better than just sitting there.
Ok, I think enough of my rambling today! I'll post some more later.

StrollAir My Duo
People in NYC are currently crazy about this StrollAir My Duo. I love mine, but if I saw this a year ago, I would definitely get it. Not only it's lighter than mine, it came with many accessories like mosquito nets, rain cover and even diaper bag!
But of course this cutie cannot be found anywhere in TX which is sux so you cannot see it in person. Anyway...love love this! Now I'm dreaming about the green or red as a backup stroller in my car haha..but I don't think DH will let me :-)
Look at her...so pretty!

Happy Valentine's Day!
You know...the office is kinda boring today. Nobody gets flowers haha, nobody wears pink meanwhile, the office next door closed for 2 hours. They put the sign up that says "Out for firm luncheon" which I thought is lovely. Valentine's day is not all about lovey dovey couples ya know. We spent at least 8 hours a day with the people we worked with, 5 days straight but yet no love (in our office) HAHA.
I gave the boys Valentine's day cards to take to school this morning. I believe they are doing cards swap today which is sweet.
So anyway, I hope you have a great Valentine's day. May you surrounded by love all day everyday!!.
ps. I'm still waiting patiently for the boys' 1st Birthday pictures. I'm so desperate and I want to see them, but I probably have to wait for another week or two.

72 Hours
before my boys' 1st Birthday party and um you know what, I'm stressing! Good thing that I won't host this party at my home because this is too hard lol. Super busy this Saturday and as of right now I'm only hoping for great weather, great party and well behaved boys (and I'm praying for them not to get sick this weekend-which sometimes inevitable when they are at daycare all day everyday). I have my outfit ready and I've been going back and forth about this. Initially I wanted to wear my black mod dress from Emersonmade since I'm trying to do the 60s (because I'm obsessed with Mad Men haha) but it's a little big so it looks like I'm going to wear my BCBGMaxAzria dress in navy. I have my new Chanel pearls necklace to go with so I'm excited to play a little dress up.
Back to the boys, being one year young marks something else. My babies will start school! I wasn't too happy with their current daycare (but won't go to too many details here) and after much research DH and I have decided that they are going to Montessori instead (the minimum age requirement for this school is one). No more daycare, no more cribs and bunch of babies toys. We are excited for them! I'll keep you posted on how they are doing there.
Anyway, I gotta do few more things before Saturday. I will post pics of their birthday party when I get them from the photographer :-)

I Want Green
I want a shopping bag, no zip, easy on the shoulder, no fuss and I want it in green. I was considering Goyard St Louis but not keen about the non-leather part. I love how you can personalize it with your initials though. I think it's so cute. But back to non-leather, I just couldn't do it. After all the bag is not a few hundred dollars ya know.
Anyway, I search around and I think I found the one from Prada. The green is pre order till April but I can wait. It's leather, green and cheaper than Goyard. I'm happy.

December 2011
So..a little late but by now I hope that you had a nice Xmas and New Year holidays. We had a great one until the boys fell sick with croup and ear infection right after Xmas then me and DH ended up sick through the New Year. Our trip was cut short too to care for the babies but at least we had some good time spent as family of four. Boys were so excited about their first Xmas presents and that makes me happy. Ohh and they finally can walk!!
Once again, happy new year and hope this year will bring you more love and happiness!!

Oversize
I like everything oversize lately and I tried this jacket from J.Crew and I LOVE it! I deliberately size up because I like the oversize look so I can wear my legging/boots/heels. Even better it was on sale too- so just perfect. Sorry for the crappy phone pictures :-)

Thanksgiving 2011
Gratitude unlocks the fullness of life. It turns what we have into enough, and more. It turns denial into acceptance, chaos to order, confusion to clarity. It can turn a meal into a feast, a house into a home, a stranger into a friend. Gratitude makes sense of our past, brings peace for today and creates a vision for tomorrow. ~Melody Beattie
We had our first Thanksgiving celebration as a family today. It was wonderful, and there're no words that can describe it-just pure blessing. This time last year, I was 7 months pregnant with the twins. This year there are four of us and we went to the same place where DH and I got married. I'm happy and thankful. I hope you have a wonderful thanksgiving with your loved ones.

Happy Halloween Twenty Eleven
from my boys, Sanford and Winston. I got their costumes from buycostumes.com. A little on the pricey side, but they have so many one of a kind costumes and great quality. I had to alter Winston's kangaroo hat since it's too big for him. Sanford's costume was a perfect fit. No tantrums during photoshoots and it was such a pretty day on Saturday.
I hope you and your little ones have a great trick or treat :-)

Going On 8.5 Months
I don't know what I did to deserve such lovelies. They brought smiles to my face, they crawls to me, climb to my laps and giving me the biggest smiles they have. They cheers everytime I get home, wanted to be held and picked up. I could go on. And they are getting so big so fast, 3.5 months from their 1st Birthday (in which I have started organizing!). They love to play with their little alphabet train, Winston loves his Piglet and Sanford loves to hold Winston's hands. When Sanford hold Winston's hands, Winston will giggles and they will just stare at each other. They are truly best buddies!
However, I just wanted to say, I love them so much. These little human being have made me the biggest sook, but that's where it ends lol because I'm still one of the mean machine at work and everywhere else where matter ;-)
xoxo
ps. I have their Halloween costumes ready! Will post their pics when they wear them.

Shopping Online
I just realized, I haven't really shopped at the stores since my boys were born. Sure sometimes I was at the mall during lunch time. But it's not the same when I used to be the malls for hours instead of one hour, browsing in a hurry. Then of course you can browse online. There is no set business hours. It's 24/7 if you wish, the only thing missing is the changing room. But it's funny how once you get to order the right size a couple times, your level of confidence in buying online suddenly increase. You don't really care about not being able to try. After all your own mirror at home probably more real, so does the lighting. Plus with the convenience of being able to return if it doesn't fit, just that, convenience.
DH said, why do you bother? (returning and the hassle, he meant). Well..I have no answer for that. Time is everything these days and sometimes I don't have much of it. I'm either at work or I'm at home with the boys (weekend). So I cannot just pick up my purse and go shopping.
But you know what, I kinda like it. If I happen to be at the mall, then lucky me. If not, then it's always online when you need it. That said, I just noticed that you can finally shop online at Zara.com, there you go...more for me and the boys :-)

Tried & Tested Part 1
I'm making a list of things that my boys tried in the past months (foods wise) and the verdict! I will probably have to update this in a coming months as they try more stuffs :-)
1. Gerber Rice Cereal
Tried: ✔
Verdict (Out of 5): ♥♥
Comment: Bought this at a very last minute when the boys' pedi told me to try to mix Winston's formula with cereal to help with his silent reflux. When his reflux gone, I gave this cereal for both Sanford and Winston as their first solid at 4 months, once a day- again as directed by their pedi. If I have time to do research, I won't pick it again. I tasted it, it was bleh. And as usual Winston cried eating this cereal by spoon.
2. Earth's Best Organic Whole Grain Oatmeal Cereal
Tried: ✔
Verdict (Out of 5): ♥♥♥♥♥
Comment: As soon as I'm done with Gerber, I bought Earth's Best Organic Oatmeal Cereal. The ingredients are just that, Oatmeal. Nothing complicated and it's organic too. The boys loves this and got mad when I didn't feed them quick enough when their mouth already open lol. They've been having this cereal and the multi grain (see no.3) since 4.5 months old for once a day, then at 5 months twice a day, from 6 months-cereal in the morning plus homemade veggie purees for dinner and currently cereal in the morning, fruit/veggie purees for lunch (at daycare) and veggie purees for dinner, all those in addition to maintaining 30oz milk a day or more (some days 30oz doesn't seem to be enough). Note: I tasted this, if I can eat it, I was so sure the baby can too and I was right.
3. Earth's Best Organic Whole Grain Multi Grain Cereal
Tried: ✔
Verdict (Out of 5): ♥♥♥♥♥
Comment: I'm alternating between this and no.2 above. Love them equally.
4. Yo Baby Simply Plain Yogurt by Stoneyfield
Tried: ✔
Verdict (Out of 5): ♥♥♥
Comment: Not too bad taste wise, but too watery for our liking and it was pretty annoying and hard to feed this to a baby in a spoon when it's like feeding them a water! I would love for the texture to be like the adult yogurt but in the mean time, I'm not buying anymore until maybe when the babies can eat on their own or just skip to adult yogurt instead.
5. Happybaby Organic Puffs (Green flavor)
Tried: ✔
Verdict (Out of 5): ♥♥♥♥
Comment: They gave me faces when they tried this for the first time about 2 weeks ago at 7 months. The texture definitely something new to them. But I'm giving them an opportunity to learn how to chew especially since I can see that both of them are about to sprout their first tooth. A couple try later they loved it. I only gave them half puff at the time because sometimes they forget that they need to chew not swallow. By the way, I took a few myself while feeding them these. They are really yummy.

Missoni For Target Chaos
Ok, Target.com, you knew this is coming. But heck, your site were crashed for hours (since 7AM and seriously till now). I'm glad I got all the Missoni items that I wanted (except the pillows-darn it!) by visiting the store in a hurry on the way to work, fighting the crowds with mommies who practically just got out of bed and the babies were still asleep in their stroller. Not cool. I wanted to buy online, not going shopping at the break of the dawn and felt like Black Friday.
I will post some pictures tonight. As of now, they are sitting in my car looking pretty.
My haul:
2x Silk Scarves (zig zag and floral type)
1x Infinity Knit Scarf (zig zag brown)
2x Thin Scarves from girls section (zig zag brown and purple)
1x Stroller blanket
The thin scarves from girls section are super adorable. I thought it's going to be too short since it is designed for young girls, but they are perfect length for adult, especially when the weather is not too cold. If it's freezing you can wear the infinity scarf instead. Ladies stopped me at the register when they saw them and they were practically running trying to get them before anybody else notice.
Tried the shoes...they were so hard, I'm sure I will get blisters so I skipped.
Ugh I really need the pillows :-(
xoxo
Update @ 1.02pm: I was finally able to get connected to target.com after refreshing like a thousand times! Ordered my pillows--happy now!
Update @ 3.54pm: Looks like I love adding more stuffs. I just submitted an order for the crib sets for my twins. Gosh this line costed me so much.
Update @ 7.14pm: Group shot of my new buy. Will take pics of the pillows and crib sets when I received them.

Smythe Les Vestes Hunting Jacket
Love this hunting jacket. Love the baby blue. Pre-ordered over the labor day weekend (what else can you do during long weekend holiday???). Can't wait for the colder months. In fact I may wear this for my boys' first birthday in January. I should team it up with Emersonmade mod black dress. Did I say I LOVE this?
